The 411 Leadership Academy is the newest addition to the 411Brand Programs. This Character Development Program is designed to help shape the character, morals and social learning skills of young leaders of tomorrow.
Eight Steps to Success Program: A weekly class that will emphasize the fundamentals to personal, social, academic, and athletic development. “The 411Brand” approach to Character Education is structured around speciﬁc key concepts -‐“Eight Steps to Success”. These concepts provide a "moral compass" for participants -‐ guiding their awtudes and behaviors. Participants will be able to clearly identify their personal, academic and athletic goals.
411 Brand HIV/AIDS Prevention Program Our HIV/AIDS Prevention program is an 8 week session targeting young people in the inner cities. Our sessions oﬀer the opportunity to have an open discussion about HIV/AIDS as it pertains to this demographic. Some of the topics for dialogue include HIV prevention, modes of transmission, safer sex, abstinence, stigma reduction, and information on HIV testing. The goal is to prevent the spread of HIV while developing future leaders.
The 411 Financial Literacy Academy is one of the newest additions to the 411 Brand Programs. This Financial Education program is an 8-week session designed to empower young people, ages 11-15 on how to manage, maintain and grow their finances. Our core areas of focus for the 8 week program are: Understand Your Money, Understand Credit, understand Investments & Savings, Understand the Purpose of Higher Education and Understanding Business.
