Since 1992, the 411 Brand has been dedicated to empowering youth through innovative programming in education, entertainment, and athletics. Our mission is to connect young people with successful individuals, providing the guidance and inspiration they need to achieve their own success.
OUR IMPACT
As we reflect on the progress made this year, we are proud to share the significant impact that our 411 Brand Programming has had across Metro Atlanta. Through our engaging and culturally relevant programs, we have reached over 700 students in Atlanta and the surrounding areas. Each program is thoughtfully designed to resonate with today’s youth, ensuring we stay connected with what they are eager to learn.
To visually showcase the breadth of our reach, we've created a heat map highlighting the diverse communities our students come from throughout Metro Atlanta. This map demonstrates our commitment to making a meaningful impact in neighborhoods across the region, bringing opportunities and support to students regardless of their location.
The 411 Brand Saturday School offers young people a safe, recreational, and engaging environment during non-school hours, where they can participate in high-quality programming and explore alternative learning opportunities. As we prepare to showcase our vision to the world, we’ve partnered with Atlanta-based marketing agency Fitzco to highlight our 30+ year journey in youth development across the city. This project, developed in collaboration with our Saturday School™ students and staff, paints a vivid picture of our commitment and impact.
FALL SEMESTER 2024
September 21st - December 14th. The 411 Brand Saturday School is designed to give young people a safe, recreational, fun, productive space during non school hours where they can engage in quality programming that will provide alternative learning opportunities.
Students enrolled in the 411 Brand Saturday School will be given an opportunity to select two programs each semester that they're passionate about in an effort to have a major impact in their growth and development.
Our 411 Brand Afterschool Sports Programs are specifically designed to teach your children not only the fundamentals of the sport but also valuable life lessons they can carry into their everyday lives. As we enter our 11th year in partnership with My After School Program, we’ve witnessed remarkable growth. We currently offer programming at five elementary schools in the Midtown and Buckhead communities, providing soccer, lacrosse, basketball, and flag football to students in grades K-5. We take pride in hiring high-quality instructors who are passionate about both teaching children and the sports they coach. All of our instructors have competed professionally or at the collegiate level in the sport they are instructing.
This summer, our 411 Brand Mass Media Program engaged over 100 high school and middle school students across Metro Atlanta. Our goal was to deliver a unique and high-quality learning experience for students passionate about Mass Media. Participants explored various aspects of the industry, including filming, scriptwriting, storyboarding, photography, and the use of drone equipment.
A highlight of the program was a visit to Shadowbox Studios, a world-class production facility in the heart of Atlanta. During this visit, students had the opportunity to meet with producers, showrunners, set designers, and other industry professionals, gaining invaluable insights into the business of film.
